  1. Schedule your rapid antigen screening kit pick-up time.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from The Prince Edward County Chamber of Commerce. Please do not visit our office before your scheduled pick-up time.
  3. Each company should assign a Screening Supervisor Designate who will be the contact person.
  4. If you have multiple businesses, please fill out one form per business.

  1. It is recommended you watch the available training video(s) that will be sent to you via email after you register and are available on our resources page.

  2. Please send only one representative from your organization.
